Red Peeper Creamy Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 package toast bread (20 oz. or 567 g.)
1 jar of roasted red peppers drained (12 oz. or 355 ml)
2 packages of cream cheese (190 g. each)
1 cup of sour cream
2 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise
10 to 12 slices of kraft cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 10 to 12 slices of ham chopped into small pieces.
Procedure:
In a blender mix the drained red peppers, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and
pepper until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
Lay the bread slices onto a large baking tray, spread the cream cheese pepper blend over
the bread, follow with the cheese slices, place another layer of toast, cream cheese blend
and sliced cheese and finish with the cream cheese.
