Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of butter

1 package of miniature marshmallows ( 10 oz. or 300 grams)

6 cups of crispy rice cereal

Optional: chocolate chips, gummy bears, nuts, cookies, decorating sugar sprinkles, etc.. as desire.

Procedure:

Grease a 9X13 inch pan or baking tray with butter.

In a large saucepan over medium heat melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and mix well until melted.

Add the cereal and coated well using a flexible spatula. If you desire to add some other ingredients this is

the time to do it. Place the mixture over the pan and press mixture firmly and evenly. Let it cool and cut into 2X2 inch. squares or shape them and decorate them.
