Chicken Skewers in Satay Marinade

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs Chicken breast (cut into strips)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 minced garlic clove

1 table tea spoon of finely chopped fresh ginger

Procedure:

Cut the chicken breast into strips. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, balsamic vinegar, and peanut butter together in a bowl. Add the chicken and mix until it is coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinade in the fridge for at least 3 hours. After marinating, put the chicken on skewers. Cook inside on an electric grill or outside on the barbeque. This chicken is a fantastic appetizer for all ages!
