Ingredients; All-purpose flour 80g Fresh spinach 300g Cooking Cream 125ml Grated Parmesan 80g Eggs 3 Butter 50g Dry Yeast, 4g (approx. half a small sachet) Olive oil 2 Tablespoons Salt and Pepper to taste Butter to grease the pan
Method;
Pre-heat the oven 180 Celsius, 350 Fahrenheit. Rinse and dry the fresh spinach carefully, then chop coarsely or rip into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, place the grated cheese, cooking cream, butter, oil, yeast and salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. Add the flour and spinach to the bowl and mix again. Grease a baking pan and add the contents of the mixing bowl. Taking care to level out the top. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. Once cooked let it cool and then enjoy a healthy spinach
