Ramen Noodles Salad

Ingredientes:

3 packages of chicken flavored ramen noodles

½ cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of white sugar

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

1 package ( 16 ounces ) shredded coleslaw mix

1 can ( 11 ounces ) mandarin oranges

1 bunch of green onions

½ cup sunflower seeds

Procedure:

Place noodles in a bowl of warm water and soak for 15 minutes.

Whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar and the chicken seasoning package from the noodles.

Drain the noodles and combine with the coleslaw, oranges, green onions and sunflowers seeds. Pour dressing over salad and coat evenly. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Enjoy a fresh Salad.
