Pineapple Salad Alma Castilla's Style

Alma Castilla’s recipe

Mexico, Budapest.

Ingredients:

½ ripe pineapple cut into small pieces

1 green chili peppers cut into small pieces

¼ purple or white onion finely chopped

½ red paprika finely chopped

3 tablespoons of fresh coriander finely chopped

1 tablespoons of fresh mint finely chopped

1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

Be ready to enjoy a delicious sweet and sour, spicy taste.

You can substitute Pineapple and add Mango
