Mexico, Budapest.
Ingredients:
½ piece of iceberg lettuce
1 whole cucumber
½ crown of broccoli
2 celery stalks
Bean sprouts
For the dressing:
juice of a whole lime
1 oz. soy sauce
1 oz. olive oil
½ teaspoon of chicken stock (powder)
1 pinch of salt
Procedure:
Wash and dry the lettuce. Using your fingers to rip the lettuce into bite size pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into sticks. Rinse the broccoli and drain it and cut it into small florets. Wash the celery and cut it into sticks. Add the dressing ingredients to a small jam jar or lidded container and shake well to blend. Toss the salad ingredients in a large bowl and add the dressing. Serve immediately.
