Spinach Salad Gabrielle Style

Ingredients:

Fresh baby spinach leaves, rinsed, dried and without stem

Green apple

Roasted sliced almonds and sesame seeds

Dressing: 1 oz. rice vinegar, 1 oz. soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame seed oil

Optional : 1 can of mandarin-oranges in light syrup

Procedure:

Wash, dry and clean baby spinach leaves.

Cut apples in cubes

Roast almonds and sesame seeds

Prepare dressing mixing : rice vinegar, soy sauce and sesame seed oil

Place the spinach leaves in a bowl add, apples, the dressing and toss the sesame seeds, almonds and mandarins.
