Ingredients:

1 Butter-head lettuce

3 shallots

½ cup of mayonnaise

1 piece of lime (juice)

2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of Maggi seasoning

6 stripes of bacon

Procedure:

Rinse and dry the lettuce very well. Cut the lettuce into bite size with your fingers and place it a bowl.

In a pan fry the bacon stripes, discard the fat and with a paper towel dry the bacon stripes. Cut them into small pieces.

Cut the shallots into rings. Make the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi seasoning and shallots

Pour the dressing onto the lettuce, combine it gently and sprinkle with the pieces of bacon.
