Ingredients:
250 grams of grated smoked cheese
500 grams of peeled potato and cut into small ½ cm. cubes
300 grams of pasta (mixture or shell shaped)
1 piece of onion finely chopped
1 celery stalk finely chopped
1 medium size tomato
¼ cup of white wine
3 oz. olive
Procedure:
Cook the pasta and reserve it. Pour oil into a non-stick saucepan and warm over a medium heat. Add the potatoes, onion, celery, tomatoes and salt. Stir constantly and add the wine. Add ½ cup of water and keep stirring until potatoes are tender. Once the potatoes are tender, add the cooked pasta and grated smoked cheese, stir until melted and gooey.
Good recipe for cold days.
