Brandy-Ann’s favorite
Michigan, U.S.A.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast
2 cups of seedles green grapes cut in half
½ cup of walnuts or almonds coarsely chopped
½ cup of dried cranberries
1 bunch of spring onions cut it into small slices
½ cup of mayonnaise
2 stalks of celery chopped finely
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper to desire
Preparation:
Boil the chicken breast, then let it cool, shred the cooked chicken and add it to the rest of the ingredients, stir well.
Serve it cold with bread.
