Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 can of artichokes ( drained and coarsely chopped)
1 cup of mayonaise
1 cup of parmesan or grana padano grated cheese
1 package of cream cheese ( 200 grams)
1 or 2 pressed garlic cloves (depending upon taste)
salt and pepper
bread crumbs
Procedure:
In a mixer soften cream cheese add mayonaise and grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlics. Add artichokes and mix with a rubber spatula. Place mixture into an oven proof dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes to 177˚C (350˚F).
Serve it with crackers or tortilla chips.
